Our story
Former 16th century hunting lodge built on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot, with its guest house, stands in the middle of a peaceful, green, rural setting of 3 hectares. Only a few minutes from Nevers and its famous ducal palace, the site is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we have taken care to restore. The region, known for its wine and its castles, offers a wide range of activities and outings but above all the luxury of being in the countryside all year round.

The little extras
Make a splash
The swimming pool, heated from April to October weather permitting, closes with an electric cover to ensure the safety of your children.
A secure garden
The fully intramural garden enjoys a very beautiful 360 degree view of the surrounding fields. Recently replanted, it includes several environments that will suit both adults and children.
The king of BBQ
We have provided you with a barbecue, which needs to be powered with coal. Ideal for summer meals around the pool.
Personalized assistance
We make sure to answer your questions and your needs as quickly as possible before and throughout your stay with us.
Easy Wi-Fi
Whether in the mansion or in the little Thiot, we have provided Wifi terminals, useful for teleworking while enjoying the open air.
Household chores
We take care of cleaning and preparing the houses before your arrival and just after your departure. In the event of a stay of more than 2 weeks, we offer you additional cleaning to take full advantage of the premises until the end of your stay.
An autonomous arrival
The arrival in Thiot is done independently. We will give you the codes for the padlocks and key boxes just before your arrival.
Just like home
Both houses are equipped with a kitchen and wide dining spaces to gather around a meal, allowing you to stay in during your whole stay if you wish.
